Unable to Setup Microsoft 365 Developer Program : E5 Subscription

Trying to set up my E5 subscription I'm getting following error:

We can't continue with the signup process for the following reason:

Your phone number is already associated with an existing developer account.
For help with your Microsoft account, go to Microsoft account and verify your information.

I think is linked to the account in my previous company. How I can unlink it?

Hello,

I have the same problem. I opened a tenant via the developer program, entered my phone number to do some tests for a client. I have to create a new test tenant for another customer via the developer program with this same phone number. I would like to be able to update the phone number previously registered without having to delete the tenant because it is used by my fellow developers. How can I proceed? I have done a lot of research and I only found a solution to delete the tenant :-(
