I successfully connect the grafana with azure managed grafana and everything is good but I'm not seeing my registered apps inside resources groups I have a database connected with my app and I want the use that data inside grafana

It connects to various data sources through plugin connectors that you have to select and configure. Azure Managed Grafana does that for Azure Monitor and Data Explorer. You'll need to set up others if your data aren't in these two services. Do you want to connect Grafana with your database? If so, what kind of DB is it? Where is it hosted? Is it inside of a VNET? We'll need to understand your environment to give more specific advice.

2022-12-01T08:02:03.917+00:00 Hey I'm sorry I'm really a noob so the thing is I don't have access to the database directly we have an app registered in azure active directory and I have some permissions of the API so I want to as can I connect these APIs with the Grafana I am attatching the screenshots below please tell if it can be done without database?

2022-12-01T17:33:08.953+00:00 Are these REST APIs? Are they accessible through a public endpoint? If so, you should be able to connect to your APIs using the JSON API plugin available in the Grafana web UI. In addition, if you have the ability to restrict access to the APIs based on IP filtering, you can enable the deterministic outbound IPs on your Grafana instance and configure those IP addresses in your API firewall/gateway.
