My Gaming mouse Logitech G502 isn't working on Windows 10

I had downloaded and installed a drivers from a third party websites on my Windows 10 machine accidentally from

Can anyone confirm if this is the correct and compatible software for g502 hero mouse. Please advice. Thanks

I have check your link, yes, they are Logitech official driver download link and they are fit for your existing mouse device g502 hero, and we also could see the driver version is : 2019.11.29288.

Does the mouse not work well after install driver downloaded from official website?
