    Have you checked the logs? It will be better to state what all you have already tried so that the suggestions from the community can be more direct and helpful.

    Hi,

    Per my experience, device compliance is for Conditional Access use. Are you using co-management and set Conditional Access in Intune? Please help check the ComplRelayAgent.log and CoManagementHandler.log to see if there is any helpful information.
