Win10 20H2企业版正常关机情况下再开机无法释放CPU使用时间，在不取消快速启动功能情况下，必须重启电脑才能释放CPU使用时间，因特殊需求，不能取消快速启动功能，请帮忙看下如何在不重启电脑情况下来重置CPU使用时间？谢谢。
(Win10 20H2 Enterprise Edition can't release CPU usage time after normal shutdown, and must restart the computer to release CPU usage time without canceling the fastboot function, because of special needs, I can't cancel the fastboot function, please help me to see how to reset CPU usage time without restarting the computer. The reason why the CPU time is not reset after shutdown is because of the quick start function.
The function of this function is to save the kernel session to the hibernation file every time the computer is shut down, and restore the kernel session directly from the hibernation file at the next startup to speed up the system startup.

If you want to reset the CPU time, you can only restart it, or run powercfg -h off to turn off fast startup, and run shutdown /s /full to directly shut down.
