I have installed Azure DevOps Server 2020 Update 1.1 (18.181.31626.1) in remote work station and use HTTPS (Port:443) to connect to server at 10/01. It works fine until yesterday.
I get HTTP 403 (TF31002) when I try to connect to Azure DevOps Server.
After clear server cache, restart IIS and application pools, it still gets Error 403.

  1. The service accout of Azure DevOps Server is system account (NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE).
So, I think there doesn't have the problem of password expired.
  2. The web page of Azure DevOps works fine from last month, it doesn't have any problem.
  3. When I stop the Azure DevOpse Server Application Pool in IIS, the connection error is HTTP 503

Does there have any suggestions?
