Infinite redirects when rescheduling

Hello,

I used to be able to reschedule my Azure exams, but I am not anymore. When I am redirected to the reschedule page, there is an infinite redirect loop on the page, and then it crashes.

Please fix the bug. I tried Firefox and Chrome browsers and incognito mode.

When I click from my profile on to reschedule, it opens a new tab. It is stuck on the Certification profile for me.

Then after a few seconds I got the below one.
