Cannot push files to WSA via adb

Question

I'm trying to push files to WSA /sdcard/Documents/ directory using the adb push command, but had a "Permission Denied" hint. Other ways of trying to transfer files into the wsa also failed, including using apps such as WSA Toolbox or using frp to send files. How can I get the Permission of writing files into the /sdcard/ directory? I couldn't use "adb root" or "adb shell su" either,they dont work as well, telling inaccessible.
