retention policy for business premium

hi team,

can you advise if retention policies for exchange online mailboxes are included in m365 business premium?
i am looking to retain my emails forever to be able to retrieve it if a user deletes it using ediscovery.

i can see that bus premium doesn't inlcude retention policies for exchange online, however using the smb modern work comparison dowloaded from MS it shows that bus premium includes basic org wide or location wide retention policies.

Yes, Exchange online retention policies can be applied to tenant wide for business premium.
