Facing issue while restoring Managed Instance DB backup

While restoring the DB backup file from storage account which was initiated from the Managed Instance DB i had got a failure with a reason SQL Database Managed Instance supports only 'Copy Only' backup initiated by the user.

As I understand from the question, you are facing issue in backup restore of SQL Managed Instance with error as "SQL Database Managed Instance supports only 'Copy Only' backup initiated by the user."
Could you please check if you have used COPY_ONLY while creation of backup. For example:
In TSQL:
USE [master] BACKUP DATABASE [SQLTestDB] TO URL = N'https://msftutorialstorage.blob.core.windows.net/sql-backup/sqltestdb_backup_2020_01_01_000001.bak' WITH COPY_ONLY, CHECKSUM GOIn SSMS:
