MS Project - XML Format 2013 doesn't work for 2019

Hello, I have created a XML file to import to MS Project 2019. It works for version 2013 but doesn't for 2019, what is the problem with it? I followed all specifications on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office-project/xml-data-interchange/introduction-to-project-xml-data to create it.

Here is the screenshot for version 2013, screenshot for version 2019 and the XML file.
