1) Post images of disk management (by default rows and columns are compressed and characters are cutoff)
a) widen these rows: disk 0, disk 1, disk 2, etc. > make sure that no characters are cutoff
b) widen these columns: Volume and Sources > make sure that no characters are cutoff

2) Open file explorer > click this PC > post images or share links into this thread
3) Open the website for the computer or motherboard manufacturer > support > enter the serial number, SKU, service tab, or model > select drivers > install the latest drivers

4) Open device manager > click view > click show hidden devices > manually expand all rows > look for any row displaying a yellow triangle with black exclamation mark or unknown device > post images or share links into this thread
5) Run the Intel driver and support assistant:
