I have a Samsung galaxy book 2 with windows 11 pre-installed. After an update of Windows 11, approx. two weeks ago, problems have occured. When I open settings I can see the first meny, but if I click to go to the submenues it turns completely white and stops responding. The web browser Firefox has stopped working as well. Does anyone have any idea what I can do about this?

Hello,
1.First you need to check which windows 11 update you installed?
Open Settings on Windows 11. Click on Windows Update. Under the “More options” section, click the Update history setting. Check the recent history of installed updates, including quality updates, drivers, definition updates (Microsoft Defender Antivirus), feature updates, and optional Windows 11 updates
2.If I uninstall the update, does the problem go away?
Select Start > Settings > Windows Update > Update history > Uninstall updates. View update history.
On the list that appears, locate the update you want to remove, and then select Uninstall next to it.
3.Are you having issues with the settings submenu stopping to respond while in safe mode?
