COULD NOT PASS THE CERTIFICATION

Hello,

Please help me, because I had to pass my exam5 (PL-300 - power bi ) at 12am, and it says that I need to be connected 30 min before the exam. But it seems to not work, and if I am going on my account there is no more the certification.
It says " OnVue check in can not be started at this time ".
