Help....I have to use the Microsoft Authenticator App to access my college account (Blackboard). I got a new phone this weekend and transfered all of my data from my current phone to the new phone. I had to do a factory reset on the old phone so that I can mail it back in. The Microsoft Authenticator App is not working now, when my university website asks me to enter the code from my app, no code is being generated. After some research online I am now realizing I should have done a "backup" from with the authenticator app and recovered it from my new phone. Hindsight = 20/20 facepalm. I cannot go back and do that now and I have not had any luck figuring out how I can re-connect the app on my new phone to my school account. Can someone please help me? I cannot complete any assignments until I can get back in.

You'll need to get the school admins to reset the account so you can get a new qr code for account setup.
