Does anyone else have the same issue in your organization?

If you edit the file directly without using Teams client, what happened in your client?

In this case, we firstly recommend you try to clear your client cache file to see if it this issue can be fixed by following these steps:

• If Teams is still running, right-click the Teams icon in the taskbar, and then select Quit.
• Open the Run dialog box by pressing the Windows logo key +R.
• In the Run dialog box, enter %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams, and then select OK.
• Delete all files and folders in the %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams directory.
• Restart Teams.
