I put my files in a hard drive. I was going to restart my computer completely. Basically a factory reset. I did it successfully but when I turned my laptop back on the screen said I can't recover. Everytime I restart it doesn't work. It says I'm missing a file or it's broken and it gives me what it is and the error code but im so lost. I REALLY need help asap. Thank you

Might try booting from the install media.

    Hi Skyrim2003-2440,

The most important thing in this case is to save your data first. If you’re stuck on a WINRE loop (Windows recovery loop) and if you can open ‘cmd’ (command prompt) on the recovery screen, then there is a way to save your data, even if it is not possible to recovery currently installed Windows.

Are you still able to open command prompt on the Windows recovery screen? If not try to repair Windows 10 using a bootable USB and then check if the command prompt is accessible or not.

    Please update with your findings!

    Regards,
    CK
