You can try the following command for patch installation:
- Use the expand command to extract the CAB file from the MSU installer:Expand -f :* <File Path>
- Run the DISM command :DISM/Online /Add-Package /PackagePath:<File Path>
Or you can try viewing the following logs:Windows Update.log、cbs.log
No error is displayed, are you running the Windows Troubleshooter?
Set up >updates and security > Troubleshoot
