Is there an Alternative to CalDev to get Linux hosted Calendars to sync in Outlook destop app for Windows

I have lots of other email accounts hosted on Linux, I want to see/use/sync the calendars of these accounts in Outlook on Windows desktop app.
I have tried CalDav but it doesn't work and MS Office support won't give any help.
Does anyone else know of any other Outlook plugins/apps/ways to import a Linux calendar (e.g. from Roundcube)?
