Not able to create an bot in azure due to resource provider issue

I am using Free Trail subscription, tried to create Web App Bot from Bot Services but no luck yet. I have the following error while Create is "Resource provider 'Microsoft.Storage' not registered for the subscription".

    Our internal product team was able to find the issue and have deployed a fix. I tested and confirmed I was able to Unregister and Register Microsoft.Storage without issue. Please check and retry your registration at your convenience.
