why my win11 pc temporary file over 200G?

Recently I upgraded my pc to win 11. after some days, I find that the temporary files are over 200G.

even if I do some cleanup, it will soon increase to 200+. this is really unbelievable.

please help me!

Run Disk Cleanup and check all available options.

Then perform the procedure:
Settings > System > Storage > "Storage Sense" > Enable the tool and then click "Clean Now".

Then clean up the folders:
C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\
C:\Windows\Temp\
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp\
C:\Windows\Prefetch\
