Backup Fails with VSS waiting for completion

I have Windows Server 2012 R2 hosting Hyper V. One of the Hyper V backup is failing. When Checked , found that VSS writers goes into "Waiting for Completion". After restarting the server the writers goes into stable state but again when I run the backup it goes back to same " Waiting for completion" State. Even viewer has only one log during the backup which is below:

Hyper V Machine is running Server 2012 R2 Standard. When Backup is run, I see in the host that Checkpoint is created, but within 2 mins it gets deleted and backup failure notification comes so There is some error after the snapshot is taken. I tried researching the error but did not come up with any solution
