Azure Function error 400 - Unable to load managed Identity .CorrelationID

I am getting an error when the function is provisioned via terraform .When I click on the function app in the azure portal I get an error popping out in Red saying
Azure.Identity: ManagedIdentityCredential authentication failed: Service request failed. Status: 400 (Bad Request) Content: {"statusCode":400,"message":"Unable to load the proper Managed Identity.","correlationId":"3f4a01f4-####-####-########"

- Could you please elaborate more on what is your requirement/what you are trying to do?
- Help us with the terraform script and also while provisioning the function app are you enabling the managed identity to it?
