As long as all the addressing is static so the members will use the correct domain controller / DNS it should work.

I ve been reading about having 2 AD in the same network but could't find something for my scenario. Heres the deal
I need an active directory enviroment for testing purposes. The cheapest way for me would be to run it onpremise because i have the resources available. I can hear cloud options. But the main question is how would yo do it? Running 2 AD with different domain in the same network. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

You should isolate the networks. Technically it could be done with all static addressing on domain members.
