Azure console suddenly "experiencing authentication issues"

Suddenly, our Azure account has stopped being able to authenticate to services within the console.
The error message claims that we should log in with another user account in the tenant to fix this
user's permissions. As far as we are aware, this is the only account we have registered.

This is also preventing us from submitting a formal support ticket.

    If you are the tenant admin and have been locked out, you should raise a support ticket with Azure.

    If you are not the admin and have just lost functionality, then speak to your Tenant Admin to work out why the restrictions are in place.
