Hi all,

I've outlook on WIN11, version 2202.

I've 2 account configured: personal and professional one.

When i click on new message outlook save last used sender mail so sometimes I used personal sender from account for sending professional mail and viceversa.

How avoid this? Help me with smart idea.

I tried with a rule that check sender account and if personal, delay the message, but sometime i really want use outlook for personal sending and I can't alwais wait delay.

I'd like to have a smarter rule for example if some domain is contained in one or more "to address" I'd like to recieve a confirm popup "Sender account is your personal. Are you want continue? YES\NO".

This would be great: don't know if is there a way to use VBA script or other.

Thank you advance

    Hi @Langella, Gennaro ,

    Welcome to our forum!

As i know, there's no such a built-in feature in Outlook meets your requirement. I'm afraid that you may need to resort to scripts or VBAs.

As far as Outlook clients are concerned, to avoid selecting the sender incorrectly, as a workaround, it is recommended that you create a separate profile (Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>add) for each account. Although switching to use will be a bit tedious, it can ensure that the sender is correct.

    Hope to help you!
