    Hi,

    You have to disable/turn off MFA from azure AD.

    Thanks for reaching in Q & A forum.

    There are only two ways to enable and disable Azure MFA in Azure Active Directory.

    Using Conditional Access policies and Using the MFA service portal

    MFA policies through Azure Conditional Access, available with Azure AD Premium P1 subscription. Azure Conditional Access Policy also allows you to enable mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication for global administrator accounts.

    1. Sign in to the Azure Portal and navigate to Azure Active Directory > Properties > Manage Security Defaults;
