Does Powerpages interact with Microsoft Access

I am building a Microsoft access database and I want to provide a means to interact with the database from the internet. (i.e. Enter data in a form online and be able to see this update in my database.)
Can I do this? Does Powerpages or does some other program provide for this capability?
