Where/how to download VS 2019 CVE-2022-41119 patch ?

Hello, we have VS Community 2019 and noticed this recent vulnerability https://msrc.microsoft.com/update-guide/vulnerability/CVE-2022-41119 showed on our security scan.

When I go to that link there doesn't appear to be a link to download its patch.

Where/how can I download this patch?

I ran Windows Updates just in case if its within Windows related and all is up to date but the Windows history doesn't mention this in the Windows Updates history log.

    You should run the Visual Studio Installer to update your copy of VS2019 to version 16.11.21

    Sorry I overlooked the bottom section where it has links to its downloads.

    When I go to this page https://my.visualstudio.com/Downloads?q=Visual%20Studio%202019%20version%2016.11 ...I have Windows 2019 Standard + Visual Studio Community 2019 (version 16.11) ...

    so looks like I need to download "Visual Studio Community 2019 (version 16.11)" section ...would I choose x64 or x86?

    Interesting I ran my local installer and looked like it did upgrade to VS 16.11.21 which seems to have included CVE-2022-41119 patch.

    I didn't know running the installer does updates.
