Recently upgraded PC to windows 10 and now it won't show System Manufacturer and System Model in DirectX Diagnostic Tool (dxdiag).

Anyone familiar with this problem ? is this because hardware doesn't support DirectX 11 ? What should I do ?

    Hi,
In the search here box, type in...
    msinfo32.exe
    press enter key
Is your computer information displayed correctly?
After you upgraded PC to Windows 10, have you tried to check and install the latest firmware version (BIOS, mainboard, etc.)?
Then open cmd window, right click and run as admin.
    sfc /scannow
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Meanwhile, have you checked the Windows Update? If you find some security updates, please install them firstly to check.
Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.
    Best Regards,
    Carl
