Add Scaffolded Item Erorr with startindex cannot be larger than length of string.

I try to follow the Microsoft Document WebApp MVC and stuck at part 4 Add a model

It shows Error with StartIndex cannot be larger than length of string.

My code only has a student class

And this package I Installed.

Try to add the Scaffolded Item again.
According to your description, I create a Asp.net 6 MVC application, and refer to the MVC document to add the model, the Scaffold works well, can't reproduce the problem. I'm using Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2022 17.4.1 and the installed packages as below: (you can ignore the Newtonsoft.Json and the TypeScript package).

So, I suggest you can try to create a new application and check it again. Or you can try to downgrade the Microsoft.EntityFrameworkCore.Design version and use the 6.0.10 version, so that all the EF core related package will use the same version.
