I'm not sure I'm doing the right thing, am I? I wanted to get a calendar event for a conference room and requested the interface; it returned some error messages and after checking many community answers I didn't find a solution.

Make sure you're providing the UPN value for the room mailbox, it can differ from the email address. If running in the delegate permissions model, make sure you have at least Calendars.Read.Shared permissions granted on the app, and Full Access permissions on the room calendar.

The error message you are getting correspond to the scenario where the user has not been granted access to the calendar. Best thing to do here is decode the token and check the scopes/roles within it. You can use tools such as JWT.ms for that. And again, make sure that the user has been granted permissions on the Calendar itself, or the mailbox as a whole. Either Full access or Calendar-only permissions would do. You can confirm the permissions are granted via the Exchange Admin Center or PowerShell.
You can of course also test against a different mailbox, just in case.
I configured the calendar permissions of the application before I could get the calendar of my own tenant, but using the delegated calendar permissions and the user has authorized the calendar permissions, I still can't get it, probably because I haven't found a way to use it. tks
I'm talking about the permissions on the actual mailbox/calendar, not those on the application. When using the delegate permissions model, you're running in the context of a user, and your app has effective permissions limited to what the user can access. Thus, in order to access any additional mailbox/calendar, the user itself must be granted permissions to the resource. In Exchange Online, this is done either by granting Full access permissions, or folder-level permissions. Either type can be granted via the admin UI or PowerShell. But it must be granted manually, even admins do not get such permissions by default.
