SharePoint List View Rule And/OR Issue

Question

We are not getting the proper List View using AND and OR.

For example, by using two AND and one OR

Expected Result : Area & Status & (Address or Flag)
Actual Result : (Area & Status & Address) or Flag

Here Area is equal to something, Status is equal to something etc

Thanks for the post.
It is recommended that you create two rules to meet your requirement.
One rule is: Area & Status & Address
Another rule is: Area & Status & Flag.

As a test, I manage a rule that make Area=1, status=2, flag=3 or address=4.
The following is my test process.
