    I believe you're referring to this Azure Learn module > Unit 2. Please let us know if it's any different URL.

    I'm able to successful play the video "What is cloud computing?" and it's rendering all fine. Kindly let us know what is the exact issue you're facing when playing the video. You may consider to refresh the browser page or try switching to a different browser and then test.
