Hi,

I have recently had my Mac wiped and have tried to reinstall azure data studio with no success.

My Macbook pro is a M1 pro with an the OS is Ventura 13.0

I have downloaded and installed ARM64 Azure Data Studio and tried to create a new connection with no success. I have also tried to with x64 and universal, but same error occurs.

I have the following error that reads, "cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'connection'). After a full week of googling and brute force trial and error, I have made no progress.

Does anyone have any thoughts on how I can connect up to the existing SQL databases I have created? 265986-screenshot-2022-12-01-at-45305-pm.pngI did not have any of these same problems before when I connected.

Hi @Jackson Searle - can you please log an issue for this on our GitHub for Azure Data Studio?

    https://github.com/microsoft/azuredatastudio/issues

I'll keep an eye out for it and ask the engineers to take a look once it's created. Thank you!

Why, two years later, is this still not resolved? I am getting the same error when trying to migrate a database. I migrated one earlier today without issue. From the same server. On the same storage account. With the same account. Seems like ADS and VSCode should still be in development. They dont seem to be viable tools
