Hello Community,
i would like to try a SQL Server Database Migration to Azure SQL Database with Azure Data Studio.
The Problem is that i never seen the Tables from the local SQL Server which i would like to Migrate.
For my Test i have installed an SQL Express 2019 Server with one Database.
Here the Picture of my Problem:
I see nothing Tables from my local SQL Express Server.
Also i cant continue with the Wizzard to move the Databases.
Can someone help me?

Can you please share a full screenshot of the screen, I want to check if you are selecting the Azure SQL migration extension. also, what is the ADS version you are using?

I have installed the migration Extension and have updated to the latest ADS Version.
I can check tomorrow the Version.
What kind of Screenshot would you like to see?
In my screenshot from the post before cou can see the Follow Sentence:
Missing target tables from List:1
I think there is my Table, I have only 1 in this Database.
But why is it under the Point Missing?

Problem is solved.
The Tables are under Missing.
The first Step i must to do is to prepare the Schema on the Target Database.
I used the "Project Extension at Data Studio" for the Schema Configuration on the Target Database.
After this i can use the Tables in Azure Data Studio.

Thanks for the help, Phil. I had the same issue and I was able to fix it.
As an improvement, the migration wizard could inform the user that they need to run the Schema Compare tool on the DBs if tables are not visible.

I want to make it confirm with you that you are clicking on Azure SQL Migration extension and selecting the list of databases.if not please make sure you are selecting the right extensions.
