AKS re-deploying kubernetes dashboard?

Team,
The version of my AKS in 1.23.8 and node pool is of type Availability set. AKS is automatically creating Kubernetes dashboard again and again even after deleting all the objects multiple times. I have also checked the addons and it is already false for kube dashboard
Kindly suggest the procedure to delete it permanently.

Can you share more details on how it is being deployed, how are you verifying that it is enabled?
Can you check kubectl get deployments if the dashboard deployment is still there, use the below command to disable it and capture the output.
az aks disable-addons --addons kube-dashboard --resource-group<> --name <> --verboseYou can also refer to this blog.

2022-12-02T12:21:24.16+00:00 Even though the addon is disabled, I have even tried running the command you've shared but getting this error
however, it does not have permission to perform action 'Microsoft.Network/virtualNetworks/subnets/join/action' on the linked scope(s)I don't have VNET level access. But I genuinely don't know why disabling any addon on AKS need VNET related permissions. Its really a mess.
I have requested a team to run this command who has VNET level privileges, and they are getting this error:
