How often are Azure SQL gateway IP addresses changed, and are notifications sent beforehand?

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience in how often the gateway IP-addresses changes for Azure SQL databases?
If I add the addresses given in the link below to my on-prem firewall server, how often can i expect them to change? And is a notification sent before hand with new addresses?

Last time I received that was September 2020. So it is not common these changes on gateways.
