Excel Certification

I took the excel certification exam last march and passed by certiport, but I never created the Microsoft account or logged on, and now it won't let me. Is my test still valid? How can I upload my excel certification to my dashboard?

    I'd try asking for help with cert results and transcripts in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
