Recently we've been troubleshooting an issue related to Azure DSC configurations. Our original fix was to update the version of AZ Copy to the latest and greatest but the issue is back again. It seems to be related to the page file. Specifiaclly [Error] runtime: VirtuaAlloc of 8388608 bytes failed with errno:1455. The DSC file itself is doing quite a bit, including downloading BASE VHD's and importing VM's into Hyper V. These were known good configs that worked many times in the past. It seems like our issue is due to something changing within Azure as it relates to AZCopy and how the application is used. Searching error 1455 as it relates to Azure DSC doesn't yield anything fruitful.
I have the same issue, already updated AzCopy but keeps failing when I run it from DSC but locally works without any issue.
This error seems to be related to an out of memory error. I have reached out privately so we can work with you directly to further investigate.
