How to verify Microsoft Certification

Hi. I'm in charge of recruiting offcicials in Korea Government through "Competitive Recruitment Exams for Experienced Professionals ".

So I wnat to verify the certificaton information which we have received from applicants.

The applicants has MCDBA(Microsoft certified systems administrator), MCSA(Microsoft certified systems administrator), MCSE(Microsoft certified systems Engineer).

Please let me know how to verify Microsoft Certification.
