Power Automate Email Unauthorise Error

I am having problems with running an email flow script in Power Automate it is returning an Unauthrised error. I have subscribed to the PowerApps and Flows like I had seen in another post and still no luck, I have tried another email to send to incase it was my email that was blocking it with no luck.

I am fairly green at this so please forgive but any help would be appreciated.
