Hi,
I have fresh installed windows server 2022 and it every boot it runs this scrips:
then it ask to run it now:
after confirmation it ask to reboot, but after hit yes nothing is doing, server do not reboot. And after manual reboot this happens again.

Might need to ask the seller about this. On a clean install of Server 2022 here the path C:\windows\oem does not exist. Might also check for a scheduled task you can disable, or rename / remove the \OEM folder.
