Hello,
I am building a network where there's a web server and an application server running on Windows server on Azure. Webserver is facing the internet and the application server is not. I am not able to understand how updates will be installed on the app server since it's not internet facing. Can anybody explain this? Thanks in advance.

Seems you'll need to download them manually or stand up a WSUS to pull from.
