I am a newbie ServiceNow developer, and I want to integrate the Azure Active Directory single sign-on (SSO) with ServiceNow.

I cannot add a new application when I am trying to follow this link Azure Active Directory single sign-on (SSO) integration with ServiceNow. Is there any way to solve this problem?

Please ensure that you have Global Administrator, Cloud Application Administrator, or Application Administrator access.

One of the following roles: Global Administrator, Cloud Application Administrator, or Application Administrator.

Just one more question, could we assign these roles for ourselves? I have research for this, but it seems like we also need these roles to assign roles to another users...
