Cannot maximize/minimize wsl2 gui app.

Question

I recently started using wsl2, and tried out GUIs. I saw a youtube video where he told to download Xming, else GUIs won't work, but for me it worked out perfectly, but the only problem was that for him the window had maximize, minimize and restore buttons, but for me it's only a close button

Is it a wsl2 limitation on my computer or I missed a step?
