I have just upgraded to Win 11 from Win 10 and have found an issue when saving in Microsoft Paint.

When you go to create a new paint file (for example using Ctrl + N ) It comes up with the standard window:

Do you want to save your work?

There are unsaved changes in "Untiltled". (Which is correct)

The three buttons below are:

[Save] [Don't save] [Cancel]

It seems that the shortcuts for S to save, D for Don't save have been removed which is really frustrating! Is this intentional or has this functionality been removed in Windows 11 Paint 11.2208.6.0?
