How to give user a email to sign in Outlock and other microsft app when I am using my Window Server Active Directory?

I have a start up company, I also sat up active directory, but I want to assign all the users a email so that they can sign in to outlook and use other Microsoft app just like they sign in to my domain controller, can you please tell me what should be done? How do I give all my users Microsoft/office 365 license from window server active directory?
