Good day everyone.

I was trying to access the learning material for Microsoft Learn module and other modules on Viva Learning on Teams. However i get the error message "Something went wrong. Correlation Id: 3eb0b6fd-7163-45a9-9953-1eaec23ae525". I tried to open the learning material on Chrome browser and Firefox and received the same error. One of my colleagues had the same issue they restarted the computer and everything was fine but for me it did not work and its been days since i was getting this message.
I tried following some troubleshooting steps that I found online but no luck and the steps are:

  1. Use team on web browser and nothing happened
  2. Use teams on another web browser (Firefox on my case) and no luck
  3. I tried clearing Teams catches and that did not work as well.
  4. I tried clearing catches and cookies on my computer then restart the computer however it not work either

I don't know what to do anymore can you guys please assist I need to do the learning material. Below is the image for the error in question.
