I have a Logitech MX master 3 mouse and when I pair it to the Windows PC using Bluetooth I immediately received a notification recommending download of Logitech Options+ software.
As a Bluetooth software developer, I am curious how is this possible? How can a mouse vendor show notification on the Windows PC? Say I am building a new peripheral can I create a notification on my PC when the device connects by sending indicating something in the BT/BLE data.
